Tokyo day two

Day two in Tokyo today.
This was one for my bucket list...The world famous Tsukiji Fish Market. What a morning....
The day started sedately enough with a wonderful, very traditional breakfast of Taro, Set Yam, Miso with rice, Pickles and a perfect Egg omelette, Check out the link below for the latest vid of the whole day.
So after Breakfast we wondered down to the metro to jump on a train....thats when it all broke loose...sensory overload is an understatement!!!
Any one who knows me knows i'm not usually in favour of inclosed spaces, forget that today.
The shear mass of bodies, was unfathomable. I don't think i could do Tokyo justice by trying to explain this wonderful city.
It is clean, so organised, the people are massively friendly and will help a lost soul out when he's looking blankly at the underground metro map on the wall....
Anyway....off to the Tsukiji Fish Market, I have never seen anything like it, its not just a market, its a covered city, heaving with fresh produce from all points and serviced ring like on the outside by miles and miles of vendors, selling everything from food to frogs, WOW is all I can say.....if you get the chance its a must experience.
We had a wonderful sushi lunch prepared for us by a Master, the fish was straight out of the water, the egg, wasabi, ginger and vegetables were nothing short of perfect, again WOW!!!
Off to have a look at the Shibuya Scramble, were six intersections meet at the busiest intersection in the world, mad panic is all I can say about that one, heaps of fun, we did it four times and watched it from above in the starbucks.
More Trains, more walking, more Water!!! did I mention it was 30oc today....bloody hot.
The day ended with plates of Goyza, Dumplings and rice at a cafe near the hotel....
Fantastic day and one I will never forget, thanks Tokyo....beautiful City.
Check ou the Link for a few Shots of what we got up to.
