Had a lovely lunch at La Fourchette with Andy from Innovation Council, French Food, French Wine...only French Waiters also, the service was fine the Charcutiere Platter was nice, Tartare needed some work but the rest was well put together.
Wow!!! then off to Giapo. An Artisan producer of the very best ice cream you will find in New Zealand. Have a look at his website, http://giapo.com or the next time you're in Auckland try an ice cream from his Queen Street Store. Fantastic product, amazing, energetic and so original...both the man and his products. More from Auckland tomorrow, in house hotel dinner tonight, (Butter Chicken or a Steak Frit with Peppercorn sauce...nothing wrong with that just quietly) will try somewhere different for lunch tomorrow.
